1. Lease Duration & Eligibility
Our fleet is available for professional lease within the DFW metroplex. All rental agreements require a minimum duration of two weeks. Drivers must provide valid commercial licensing and fulfill specific eligibility criteria to operate our premium vehicles for chauffeur use.
2. Payment Structure
Lease rates are billed on a recurring schedule as defined in your rental agreement. All fees represent commercial vehicle costs and must be settled via electronic payment. Late fees apply for overdue balances, and cash is not accepted for any lease terms.
3. Maintenance & Operative Compliance
Leasees are responsible for day-to-day maintenance and must ensure the vehicle meets the highest professional standards throughout the rental period. All operations must strictly follow current Dallas–Fort Worth airport and city regulations.
4. Insurance & Liability
Washington Ventures LLC requires specific commercial insurance coverage for every leased SUV. The driver assumes liability for operational negligence, while our firm provides secondary coverage protecting the primary vehicle assets.
5. B2B Provisions
By signing for a vehicle with Washington Ventures LLC, you verify that you have understood these commercial terms. We hold the right to update leasing policies periodically. For contract inquiries, please reach our fleet management department directly.
